All color & extension services must be performed on CLEAN & DRY hair! If I have to wash or dry your hair before starting your service there will be a $25 charge I have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a “no call no show” and your card on file will be charged a minimum of $10 up to the full total of your appointment. There is no cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled or reschedule at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment! The card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment total for any same day cancellation. Any no call no show will also be charged 100% of the service(s) booked & will need to pay a deposit before you can book a future appointment! COVID-19 cancellations will have no penalties as long as a positive test is shown when canceling. If a previous appointment is cancelled due to covid a negative test will be required before you are able to book a new appointment.
